• Annual salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (London; adjusted for location)

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll shape the core Instill AI product experience and deliver interfaces that empower users to work with unstructured data at scale.

Build

• Lead the development of core user experiences: AI chat, visual canvas, and structured tables
• Create reusable, performant components with Next.js, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript
• Implement real-time, collaborative UIs with strong accessibility and performance

Collaborate

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define UI/UX direction
• Participate in product discovery, contributing ideas and technical perspectives

Maintain

• Write and maintain robust tests (unit, integration, E2E)
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and maintainability

Improve

• Shape front-end best practices, architecture, and technical direction
